Our mission is to unite communities through accessible arts education and outreach, while bringing together WNC creators through collaborative opportunities and events. We focus on empowering the artist within people of all ages and backgrounds, and serve communities through equitable outreach and a diverse cultural lens.
Education
We offer a mosaic of creative classes catered for all ages, including digital music and art production, fine arts, creative movement, screenwriting, GLOW! Club for kids, and much more! Events
We bring together artists and creatives from all backgrounds for innovative live events. From multi-artist collaborative showcases, to live painting and music, to synergistic parties celebrating art in all forms, we see the power in coming together to share and celebrate our authentic creative selves. Outreach
By partnering with local community organizations, we are able to bring our services to people who need them most. We also offer mentorship and support to creatives young and old, through one-on-one mentoring, portfolio review, and referrals to our WNC Creative Collective. We are proud to partner with Continuum Art & Tattoo in the heart of Hendersonville, NC.
Continuum is an evolving creative space that is a premier art gallery, tattoo studio, and event space that offers an array of creative classes and events in the community.
Arise & Shine Arts is based out of the beautiful space at Continuum, where we bring creative workshops, classes and more alongside the Continuum team, and together share in the vision of building a more creative and connected community in Hendersonville.
